Three-dimensional decorations
and bespoke imitations
We make imitation wood, stone and masonry, product displays, props and unusual 3D forms – from a single equipment enclosure to a series of shop elements. We work to your design or develop the form from a sketch.

What decorations
do we make to measure?
A single product display, a stylised beam or a larger enclosure: shape and finish follow the purpose. We develop surfaces by hand to resemble the chosen material.

Imitation wood
Beams, boards, trunks and stylised enclosures. We model grain, cracks and edges, then apply the agreed colour.

Imitation stone and masonry
Wall sections, columns and architectural details for interiors and scenery. We select surface divisions and texture.

Display forms
Bases, backgrounds and unusual shapes for presenting products. We match dimensions to the objects and their arrangement.

Let us discuss productionStarting point
It may be a sketch, photograph, 3D model or detailed design. We establish dimensions, proportions and where the form will be touched.
The technique for the task
GRP in silicone moulds, sculpted polystyrene covered with fibre, or fibreglass with resin. We choose the technique for the shape, weight and number of pieces.
Material imitations
Stone, wood, masonry, metal: we paint the imitation by hand so even a close view does not reveal what it is made from.
Transport and reuse
We design forms for stages and exhibition stands so they can be moved, assembled and reused.

Examples of three-dimensional decorations from our workshop
- Equipment enclosures – Red Bull fridge with a rock enclosure for a jungle bar, fitted to the existing appliance.
- Product displays – ten rock forms for the Chopard watch collection and hiking footwear test course with rocks and timber obstacles.
- Plant forms – cacti 2.5–3 m high with a sandy texture for a clothing shop in Germany.
- Material imitations – wood, masonry, stone and paving, such as the GRP surface in the rock cladding beside a shop in Flensburg.
- Set design – monolith, sphere and rock table tops for the theatre, made to the set designer's drawings.
Imitation wood, stone and masonry
We make imitations when the real material would be too heavy, too expensive, insufficiently durable in the conditions or impossible to install. GRP can reproduce wood grain, masonry joints and porous stone while remaining light and moisture-resistant. We apply colour and ageing effects by hand.
How are imitation wood and masonry made?
- Brief – drawing, visualisation, photograph or description with dimensions.
- Model – we model the shape at full scale or prepare a casting mould.
- Casting and reinforcement – we laminate and, where required, incorporate a structure or fixings.
- Finish – texture, colour and surface protection.
- Delivery and installation – our own transport, including abroad.
Moulds for a series of elements
When several identical elements are needed, we prepare a silicone or rigid mould from which we cast further pieces. Find out more on the pages silicone mould production and GRP production.
What forms can you make?+
Imitation wood, stone, masonry and paving, equipment enclosures, displays, props and sculptures. Our work includes a rock enclosure for a Red Bull fridge, ten rock forms for Chopard watches, cacti 2.5–3 m high and a hiking footwear test course for a shop.
Do you make forms to an existing design?+
Yes. We often receive a designer's or set designer's drawings and prepare them for production, selecting materials, divisions and finishes. We can also develop a form from a sketch.
What are three-dimensional decorations made from?+
Usually GRP (glass-reinforced plastic), which is light, strong and moisture-resistant. Depending on the use, we combine it with a steel or timber structure or an existing appliance that needs enclosing.
Can I order one element?+
Yes. A single enclosure, prop or display is a common commission. For a series, we can make a mould to cast further pieces.
How much does a bespoke form cost?+
The cost depends on size, complexity, quantity and finish. We prepare a quotation from a drawing, photograph or description with dimensions.
