Terms and Conditions
I. General terms
- Rules of Procedure – these Rules
- Service – the Internet service “StoneDeco.pl”, operating under the address https://stonedeco.pl.
- Service Provider – the company “DM WRÓBEL Denis Wróbel” with registered address: 56-100 Wołów, ul. Garwolska 4a/2, NIP: 988 030 56 98, REGON: 526061336.
- Customer – any natural person accessing the Site and using the services provided through the Site by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the Website.
II. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions govern the operation and use of the Site and define the rights and obligations of the Client and Service Provider relating to the use of the Site.
- The object of the Service Provider’s services is to make available, free of charge, tools in the form of the Site, enabling the Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms.
- Any possible content, articles and information containing the characteristics of tips or advice published on the Site are only a general collection of information and are not addressed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for any use made of them by the Client.
- The Client takes full responsibility for the use of the materials made available on the Site, including their use in accordance with applicable law.
- The Service Provider makes no guarantee as to the suitability of the materials posted on the Site.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Site. Any risk related to the use of the Site, and in particular to the use and application of the information posted on the Site, shall be borne by the Client using the Site.
III. Terms and conditions of using the Site
- The use of the Site by each Client is free of charge and voluntary.
- Clients are required to read these Terms and Conditions and the other documents which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and must accept them in full to continue using the Site.
- Recipients may not use any personal data obtained on the Site for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Website:
- a device with a display capable of displaying web pages,
- connection to the internet,
- any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports web pages made available in HTML5,
- JavaScript enabled
- cookies enabled
- In order to ensure the safety of the Service Provider, the Service Recipient and other Service Recipients using the Site, all Service Recipients using the Site should adhere to generally accepted network security principles,
- It is forbidden to perform the following actions performed personally by the recipients of the service or by means of software:
- without written permission, decompile or analyse the source code,
- without written permission, causing an excessive load on the Site server,
- without written permission, attempt to detect vulnerabilities in the Service’s security and server configuration,
- attempt to upload or inject code, scripts and software on the server and in the database, which may cause damage to the Site’s software, other Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
- attempt to upload or inject code, scripts and software on the server and in the database that may trace or steal data from Service Recipients or Service Provider,
- take any action aimed at damaging or blocking the operation of the Site or preventing the Site from fulfilling its purpose.
- In the event that a Cyber Security incident or breach of the RODO is detected or has the potential to occur, Service Recipients should in the first instance report this to the Service Provider in order to quickly rectify the problem/threat and safeguard the interests of all Service Recipients.
IV. Conditions and rules for registration
- Clients can use the Site without registering.
- Clients must be registered and have an account on the Site in order to use additional services on the Site, which are available only to Clients after logging in.
- Registration on the Website is voluntary.
- Registration on the Site is free of charge.
- Each Client may have only one account on the Site.
- Technical requirements connected with account registration:
- having an individual e-mail account,
- By registering on the Site, Service Recipients consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent that they have been entered into the Site during the registration process and their subsequent modification or deletion.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete the Client’s account at its sole discretion, preventing or restricting access to particular or all services, content, materials and resources of the Site, in particular if the Client is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, commonly applicable laws, principles of social coexistence or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Clients, the legitimate interests of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
- All services of the Site may be changed as to their content and scope, added or subtracted, as well as temporarily suspended or access to them may be restricted, at the discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility of the Service Recipients objecting in this respect.
- Additional security rules for the use of the account:
- It is forbidden for Service Recipients registered on the Site to share their account login and password with third parties.
- The Service Provider does not have the right and will never request a password for a selected account from the Client.
- Account deletion:
- Each Service Recipient with an account on the Website has the possibility to delete his/her account from the Website himself/herself.
- Service Recipients can do this by logging into their panel on the Website.
- The deletion of the account results in the deletion of all identification data of the Service Recipient and the anonymisation of the username and e-mail address.
V. Terms and conditions of Newsletter service
- Customers may use the Site without subscribing to the Newsletter.
- Signing up for the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Signing up for the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements for the Newsletter service:
- Possession of an individual email account,
- Terms and conditions for the Newsletter service:
- providing individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
- verification of the provided e-mail account by activating the link sent to it,
- consent to receive e-mail notifications,
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- notification of new news, posts, competitions and other promotional actions related to the services of the Website,
- notification of promotional actions of the Website’s partners (marketing messages),
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:.
- Each Customer subscribed to the Newsletter service may unsubscribe from the Service.
- The Customer may do so via a link included in each email sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Terms and conditions of communication and provision of other services on the Site
- The Site provides services and tools enabling the Service Recipients to interact with the Site in the form of:

- Commenting on posts and articles
- The Website provides the following contact details:

- Contact telephone number
- If a Client contacts the Service Provider, the Client’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the“Privacy Policy“, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
- Terms and conditions for the posting of content by Service Recipients on the Site:
- No content offensive or defamatory to the Service Provider, other Service Recipients, third parties or third parties may be posted on the Site,
- It is prohibited to place on the Site any textual, graphic, audiovisual, script, software or other material for which the Client does not hold a licence or whose author has not given his consent to free publication,
- It is forbidden to place on the Site vulgar, pornographic, erotic and incompatible with Polish and European law content, as well as links to sites containing such content,
- It is forbidden to place in the Website scripts and programs that overload the server, illegal software, software used to break security and other similar activities, as well as links to websites containing such materials,
- It is forbidden to place on the Website any content that advertises other commercial services, products, services or commercial websites.
VII. Collection of data about the Service Recipients
For the purpose of proper provision of services by the Site, to safeguard the Service Provider’s legal interest and to ensure that the Site operates in compliance with applicable laws, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data on Users through the Site.
In order to properly provide services, the Site uses and records certain anonymous information about the User in cookies.
The scope, purposes, manner and principles of data processing are available in the appendices to the Terms and Conditions: “RODO Information Obligation” and the “Privacy Policy“, which form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

VIII. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Site and copyrights to the Site.
- Part of the data posted on the Site is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not related in any way to the Service Provider, and is used under licences obtained or based on a free licence.
- Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form or to store in search systems, with the exception of the search engines Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, images and any other content, graphic, video or audio material on the Site without the written consent or authorisation of the legal owner of the same.
- Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press releases, understood as information itself, without any commentary or assessment by the author, are not protected. The author understands this to mean that he is free to use the information from the posted texts, but not to copy the whole or parts of the articles, as long as this is not indicated in the individual material on the website.
IX. Amendments to the Terms of Service
- All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
- Information on amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to Service Recipients registered on the Site.
- If the Terms and Conditions are amended, their provisions shall take effect immediately upon publication for Service Recipients who do not have an account on the Site.
- In the case of amendments to these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall enter into force with a 7-day transition period for Service Recipients with Service accounts registered before the amendment.
- Any Client continuing to use the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been amended shall be deemed to have accepted them in full.
XI. Final provisions
- The Service Provider shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for the content transmitted and published on the Site by the Client, nor for its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity or legal defects, as permitted by the applicable laws.
- The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure that the services of the Site are offered on a continuous basis. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any interference caused by force majeure or unauthorised interference by Clients, third parties or external automated programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Site at a time of the Service Provider’s choosing, without prior notification to the Service Recipients using the Site.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to shut down the Site temporarily, in whole or in part, in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to shut down the Site permanently, without prior notice to Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in whole, any of its rights and obligations relating to the Site, without the consent of and without the possibility of any objection by the Client.
