Artificial waterfalls
and bespoke fountains
We make rock waterfalls, fountains and cascades for interiors, commercial venues and gardens. We agree the rock form and water flow, coordinating pumps and circulation with the installer or supplying them within an agreed scope.

Rock
with flowing water
A waterfall can fill an entire wall or form a single feature at an entrance or in a garden. We plan size, views of the decoration and equipment access before production begins.

Indoor waterfalls
Rock forms for hotels, shops and relaxation areas. Pictured: a waterfall decoration in an EDEKA supermarket.

Decorative fountains
Water features for interiors and gardens. We choose shape, colour and size for the surroundings and planned installation.

Garden cascades
Rock steps and channels connect water with the garden. We can provide the decoration alone or an agreed wider scope of work.

How does
an artificial waterfall work?
Each element affects the waterfall's appearance, sound and ease of maintenance. We design them together before the rock is made.
- 1
GRP rock
Lightweight, waterproof shell cast from real rock, around 6 kg/m².
- 2
Spillway
The edge over which water falls determines the sheet, streams and splashes.
- 3
Basin or tank
Collects water and holds the reserve that drains back when the pump is switched off.
- 4
Pump
Flow rate selected for the spillway width and pumping height.
- 5
Return pipe
Carries water from the basin to the top of the rock, concealed inside it.
- 6
Lighting
Fittings hidden in the rock illuminate the water without dazzling guests.
- 7
Maintenance hatch
Access to the pump and installations without dismantling the decoration.

A waterfall that works
as well as it looks
A waterfall must look good, sound right, avoid splashing and allow maintenance without dismantling the rock.
How we work in the workshopInstallation scope
We make the rock setting, channels and spillways. Pumps, circulation and power supply are agreed with the installer or provided within our agreed scope.
Spillway shape
The edge over which water falls determines its sound, splashes and appearance. We agree it before production.
Tank and watertightness
We plan the tank, drainage and service access so the waterfall can be cleaned and maintained without dismantling the rock.
Light
We plan lighting for water and rock alongside the form, as with the waterfalls in the garden near Kraków.
Ordering step by step
How is
waterfall?
Rock, water and light are developed in one design so the waterfall works as well as it looks.
How we work- 01
Location and water
Photographs, dimensions and information on possible positions for the basin, pump and power supply.
- 02
Form and spillway
We design the rock alongside the spillway, drop height and lighting.
- 03
Production and installation
We make the rock in the workshop; the installation is completed within our agreed scope or with the installer.
- 04
Assembly and commissioning
We install the rock, start the circuit and refine the water flow.

Waterfalls for interiors, venues and gardens
An artificial waterfall consists of a rock form with a spillway over which water flows, and a basin or tank with a pump. Water circulates in a closed circuit, so no permanent water connection is needed: simply top up evaporated water. We make the rock from GRP cast in moulds taken from real rocks. It is lightweight, waterproof and does not crumble.
- Indoors – in hotels, shops, galleries and relaxation areas. Example: waterfall in an EDEKA supermarket, a decoration covering just under 10 m².
- In water parks and spas – waterfalls beside pools and paddling pools, combined with grottos and scenery. More: decorations for water parks and swimming pools.
- In gardens – waterfalls beside hot tubs, in walls and beside ponds, for example in the garden with a hot tub near Kraków.
How do you design a waterfall that works well?
Spillway
The edge over which water falls determines whether it forms a smooth sheet, several streams or splashes. We agree the spillway shape before production, together with the drop height.
Pump and circulation
Pump capacity is selected for the spillway width and the height to which water must be lifted. We position the pump so it can be removed and cleaned without dismantling the rock.
Basin and watertightness
The basin must hold the water that drains from the waterfall when the pump is switched off. Indoors, the surroundings also need protection against splashes.
Light
We plan water and rock lighting with the form, concealing fittings inside the rock so that the water, rather than the lamps, is visible in the evening.
Ready-made cascade or bespoke waterfall?
For a small pond, a cascade or stream can be assembled from ready-made sections such as our garden cascades. Larger waterfalls, wall waterfalls and indoor waterfalls are individually designed. We explain the differences in the article Artificial garden waterfall – ready-made sections or bespoke?, and garden solutions on the page garden cascades.
Waterfall maintenance
Daily care consists of checking the water level and cleaning the pump filter. Wash the rock with water and a mild cleaner. In a garden, empty the basin and remove the pump before winter. We provide guidance with the completed waterfall.
Waterfalls and fountains
– questions and answers
Information before commissioning work.
Ask your own questionCan an artificial waterfall be made indoors?+
Yes. Our projects include a rock waterfall with a basin and installation in an EDEKA supermarket. Indoors, a watertight basin, waterproofed surroundings, a spillway that limits splashes and access to the pump are essential.
Who supplies the pump and water installation?+
We agree the scope at the start. We can make only the rock setting, channels and spillways, coordinating pumps, circulation and power with the installer. Alternatively, we can supply the tank and equipment ourselves, as at EDEKA.
How much does an artificial waterfall cost?+
The price depends on the waterfall's height and width, basin size, spillway type, lighting and installation scope. A small garden waterfall can use ready-made sections; a larger one is designed to measure. We prepare a quotation from site photographs and dimensions.
Does a garden waterfall need winter preparation?+
The GRP rock withstands winter, but the water installation is usually protected: empty the basin or tank, remove the pump and protect the pipes. We discuss the procedure when handing over the waterfall.
Can a waterfall be combined with a rock wall or grotto?+
Yes. We design a shared form and agree water routes and installation connections before production. This is how we created the waterfalls in the garden with a hot tub near Kraków.
