Returns policy

1 Returns (withdrawal)

The Consumer may withdraw from the concluded contract without stating any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his/her decision by sending an appropriate statement to the following e-mail address: kontakt@stonedeco.pl or in writing to the address: 56-100 Wołów, ul. Garwolska 4a/2.

The product should be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer has withdrawn from the agreement. The product should be sent to the address:

The Consumer bears only direct costs of returning the Product.

The Seller will return to the Consumer the price of the Product together with the costs of standard delivery within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, but may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the Product or proof of its return, whichever is earlier.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Consumer’s special order or clearly personalised.

2 Complaints

The Seller shall be liable for the non-conformity of the Product with the contract vis-à-vis the Consumer for a period of 2 years from the delivery of the Product. A complaint can be made:

  • In writing to the address: DM WRÓBEL Denis Wróbel, ul. Garwolska 4a/2, 56-100 Wołów
  • Electronically to the e-mail address: kontakt@stonedeco.pl

The complaint should include:

  • contact details of the Customer,
  • detailed description of the problem,
  • date of finding the discrepancy.

The Seller will consider the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days of its receipt. Failure to consider the complaint within this period means its automatic recognition.

In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller shall:

  • Will repair or replace the Product with a defect-free one,
  • Reduce the price of the Product (in proportion to the defect found),
  • In case of withdrawal from the contract, refund the full price of the Product.

The costs related to a justified complaint, including shipping costs, shall be paid by the Seller.
