Exhibition stand
with a jungle theme.
Palms, lush greenery and rocks inside an exhibition hall. The client gave us the jungle theme. We designed the arrangement, made the rock decorations and assembled everything at an exhibition in Germany.

From a jungle idea
to the finished stand.
The brief was short: the stand was to evoke a jungle. The client did not arrive with a finished design. They entrusted composition development and decoration production to us.
We combined tall palms, lower planting and rock forms into a space with a tropical character. Greenery appears at different heights, surrounds the rocks and creates depth. The theme is visible in both the complete stand and its small details.

From a distance, palms define the composition. Closer up, you see the angles of rock surfaces, large leaves and small colourful accents. Rocks form the arrangement's base, while planting connects its individual parts.
This is what we work on in themed decorations: shape, texture, colour and their combination in a specific place. If you want distinctive surroundings for your display, we can design them around a chosen theme.
Four days in the workshop.
Two nights in the hall.
We made the rocks in our workshop before leaving for the exhibition. Their production took four days. We transported the finished elements from Poland to Germany.
We created the rest of the arrangement on site. In the hall, we combined the rock decorations and artificial plants into the final stand. Installation took two nights. Preparing the rocks before transport moved part of the work away from the exhibition hall.

Before we create
your stand.
Do we need a finished design?
No. For this project, the client specified the jungle theme, and we developed the arrangement design at StoneDeco. You can start with an idea, some inspiration and a plan of the space. If a design is already finished, we can discuss making decorations to it.
Do you handle transport and installation abroad?
Yes. We made the rocks for this stand in Poland, transported them to Germany and combined them with artificial plants on site. For your commission, we will agree delivery location, hall access and the time allocated to installation.
How much time is needed for a similar stand?
For this project, rock production took four days, and installation of decorations and planting took two nights. We will agree your project's timing after learning its scale, number of elements and site conditions. It helps to provide the exhibition date and available installation hours at the outset.
What determines the quotation?
The size and complexity of the arrangement, number of decorations, their shapes and finishes, and transport and installation. To discuss a specific scope, we need a stand plan or dimensions, chosen theme, location and event date.

Please describe the stand's desired atmosphere and purpose and provide its dimensions, location and exhibition date. Inspiration photographs, a space plan and information about what the display will contain will also help. You can attach them to the form below.
